I see the never-ending stereotype and cliché of primary psychopaths actually loving and feeling attached to people. I really really “lovee” this cliché and stereotype. Sighhh. Pls people, some people are unable to love others in a way of [this is a person] and instead, is judged by usefulness (as rude as that sounds). Some people actually have zero emotional investment. I find people either useful or useless and have 0 attachment. And bro, if someone treats you the goddamn way Inseop treated Gijeong, it is never love. Abuse, abuse, abuse. I cannot find any manhwa that actually portrays characters that have utilitarian relationships and have no attachment. I guess authors keep making these type of stories where [he/she secretly loves Lead] which makes people flock and normalize it LOL.
He legit coerced her, abducted her, stalked, kept her a captive in another country, sexually assaulted her WITH a weapon to her neck and psychologically abused her. He also murdered a lot of people (his victims were suddenly forgotten?? Hello, his sister??) + drove Gijeongs brother to suicide?? But meant to forget it because he wanted Gijeongs love (wtf??).
That is not love and whatever author tried portraying = normalization which is typical of fiction lol.
Inseop was a SUPER interesting character. This ruined it. It exists — people who have no attachment, no love, but only judge by usefulness/utilitarian relationships.

There were like 3 side stories, ch. 67 to 69 but the official story ended once Inseop commited suicide in the fire. There will probably going to be an afterworld chapter. The AU is just a odd flashback for the plot. Plus it even says completed manhwa on the site thing ;-;
