Bruhh I\’m also deaf on my left ear and partially deaf in my right. I also am in the music industry ๐
oh…my….. GAHHHHHHHHHHSHSHHSHSHSHHS

Now we finally understand why RAIM and Eun-Hyuk stayed in contact during those ten years โ that part makes sense.
But the explanation for why he wasn\’t confident enough to confess to the female lead feels underwhelming. After such a long buildup and years of anticipation, I expected a much deeper, more emotionally complex reason. If the only barrier was him becoming deaf, it comes across as too surface-level for a character who seemed to be carrying something much heavier.
There should have been a more profound internal conflict โ something strong enough to truly justify why he held back and couldn\’t fully let himself go \”crazy mode\” and confess. As it stands, the reasoning feels too shallow compared to the emotional weight the story was building toward.
But let\’s continue waiting. We\’ve already invested/wasted so much time and would be too bad to give up now.
I do think thereโs more to it. Itโs ironic that Eunhyuk tells the person who supposedly knows him best , the one who basically voices everything some fans have been thinking, that she doesnโt actually know him at all
I really liked todayโs chapter. Eunhyeok didnโt disappoint, he put Raim in her place and didnโt let her drag shim suae into the situation. He lost his mom because of the scandal and cut ties with his fatherโฆ raim was the only family he had left. And even though he had every reason to hate her, he tried not to because she was his supposed half sister. The author basically sent a direct message to the fandom through Raim. She voices what a lot of fans have been sayingโฆ that he left because of his hearing loss, that he represents darkness while Sooae represents light and that they could never truly understand each other. But eunhyeok responds by saying she doesnโt actually know him. Thatโs a powerful statement.
I genuinely think thereโs more behind his disappearance. Weโll have to wait and see. To me heโs still the most developed character in the story. As for Dohwa I honestly donโt know what his role is supposed to be at this point. If someone told me he ends up with Sooae, Iโd believe it because right now he doesnโt seem to serve another clear narrative purpose.
I agree. I feel that there should be more depth to the story, particularly in justifying the reason for his prolonged disappearance or avoidance of the person he cares for most.
To be honest, the story has been quite stressful for me to follow since the start of the second season, which is why I only return to it every 2-3 months. I plan to revisit it again in 3-4 months, hoping that by then, weโll see more meaningful progress in the storyline.
